11 week old baby sleeping up to 20 hours a day?
My 11 week old baby is prone to sleeping for up to 20 hours a day and I have to wake her for a feed. She sleeps from about 12 at night, wakes around 5 but is pacified with a dummy until 7 when I give her 6 ounzes. Today she wouldn’t take her 11 am 6 ounzes, only had 4, then slept till 3, wolfed down her feed of 6 oz at 4 then slept again till6, had another 4 oz and has slept again till 11. Is this normal to sleep so much, I’m worried. The Doctor fobbed me off a bit saying it wasn’t her area of expertise but that babys have fluctuating sleep patterns, this did not reassure me! Help!

That is a terrible answer from a doctor. My son is 12 weeks old and he doesn’t sleep that much. He sleeps all night and takes quite a few naps during the day. As long as your baby is eating, peeing, pooping, and gaining weight I would think she is healthy. Be glad that she sleeps too much rather than not enough.

im thinking of taking my young family to rome or paris next year for a holiday. im looking for a budget hotel/apartment close to main sites such as colessium or vatican in rome, and near to disneyland if paris. also accessible to transport. can you recommend any reasonably priced places which easyjet flies to??? Need ideas for a 1st birthday party?
We’re doing a halloween costume party for my daughter’s first birthday. I want it to be a “halloween” themed party but I also want to emphasize her turning one. I’m having trouble finding a “theme” and party supplies. I was thinking about doing a pink and black color scheme and then decorating with kid-friendly halloween decor, but everything is either very halloween or very first birthday and I can’t seem to find a happy medium between the two. Any ideas or suggestions/websites? Thanks

Well it’s either a Halloween party or a birthday party… In my opinion. It’s hard to combine it but you can do it!

On the invitations just specify and say You are invited to (your daughters name) halloween birthday party.
